He said it's that support which has helped to make the North Bay competition a stand out event in Ontario.
The event attracted 36 teams, consisting of some 1,100 students and mentors. This year was the second time the regional competition has been held in the city, and Koziol said the intent is to see the event become a permanent part of the FIRST Robotics circuit.” Gord Young
"On behalf of the Ultimate community, locally and provincially, I would like to thank and commend the city of North Bay for their outstanding vision and organization of the Steve Omischl Sports Complex. Hosting the Ontario Ultimate Championships at one location was incredibly beneficial to the whole event, as well as having use of both grass and turf fields. We received many positive comments, from players across our province, on the top quality that the complex provided. Thank you again for all your support and commitment to the sport of Ultimate and we look forward to hosting further events there in the future.
